Shipping

We will ship your order via Grab/LBC/Lalamove. All shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer unless there is a current Free Shipping promo active.

 

Order Dispatch

For items that doesn't need customization, we will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours after confirmed payment.

For customized items, we will coordinate with your via email or SMS or mobile call to confirm dispatch date.

For bulk quantities, allow us five (5) business days.

 

Order Cancellation

For customized items and bulk quantity orders, cancellations are no longer allowed once the order is accepted. Order accepted means your order is already forwarded to our production and your order is already in progress.

For non-customized items, we will accept cancellations within 24 hours from order time only. We normally ship our orders within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Address Changes

Once the order is shipped, shipping address changes are no longer allowed.

Connect with us immediately if you made a mistake in shipping address. Shipping fee adjustments (if any) will be communicated with you before dispatch.

 

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of the order(s), for customized items and bulk quantity orders, we do not allow returns.

For non-customized items, we accept unopened items that are in excellent condition within 7 days after your order was delivered. Kindly note that return shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer and refunds, if any, will not include shipping fee paid during checkout.
